About the Role

Pyramid Global Hospitality - 2 East Wheelock Street - Responsibilities: Lead and supervise daily culinary operations for the outlet; Plan production for restaurant, in-room dining, bar, and banquets; Recruit, train, schedule, and coach culinary team members; Ensure quality, consistency, eye appeal, and taste of all food items; Oversee food specifications, portion control, and sanitation; develop corrective plans
