Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
- Review and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Support payroll oversight, benefits administration, and 401(k) processes
- Partner with leadership on people strategy, performance, and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance across a multi-state and seasonal workforce
- 10+ years of HR experience with 7+ years in a leadership capacity
- Experience in small-company, multi-state, or seasonal environments
- Hands-on, communicative HR leader with strong judgment and flexibility
