About the Role
Job Title: HR Intern (South Bend, IN)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources team with daily administrative tasks and projects. The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with HR reporting and audits
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Participate in special HR projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR
Salary: $31,200-$38,000 (depending on experience and education)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Environment: 100% on-site
