Hr Generalist–labor Relations
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Human Resource Generalist – Labor Relations to support their HR team in South Bend, Indiana. The Human Resource Generalist will focus on employee relations, labor compliance, and supporting leadership with workplace policies and HR best practices.
Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities• Support labor relations matters, including employee concerns and workplace investigations
• Assist leadership with employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy guidance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Maintain HR documentation and assist with disciplinary processes when needed
• Partner with management to support a positive and compliant workplace environment
• 2+ years of HR experience with exposure to employee or labor relations
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally
• Salary: $50,000 – $56,000 annually
• Location: South Bend, IN
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PM EST 100% On-site
