Overview of the Senior HR Generalist role:

  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
  • Enhance social media presence and brand that will attract top talent
  • Improve new hire orientation and training experience that promotes the culture of the organization
  • Create internal training and development plan/program for managers
  • Advocate for employee retention and development
  • Assist in completion of biweekly payroll process

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior HR Generalist:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field of study preferred
  • At least four years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Thorough knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Proven ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Highly effective communication and leadership skills

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
