Overview of the Senior HR Generalist role:
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
- Enhance social media presence and brand that will attract top talent
- Improve new hire orientation and training experience that promotes the culture of the organization
- Create internal training and development plan/program for managers
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Assist in completion of biweekly payroll process
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior HR Generalist:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field of study preferred
- At least four years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Thorough knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Proven ability to build rapport with all employees
- Highly effective communication and leadership skills
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
