• Full ownership of project-level accounting and general ledger activity
• Budget vs. actual analysis with clear, confident explanations of cost and timing changes
• Close partnership with development and operations teams to support active projects
• Month-end close responsibilities, including accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Tracking project costs, commitments, and funding sources to stay aligned with budgets and financing
• Construction draws, pay applications, and lender reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3–4 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and comfort building financial schedules from the ground up
• Real estate or construction accounting experience is a plus
