Key Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger analyses to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support month‑end close activities, meeting deadlines and maintaining required documentation
• Assist with internal controls, audit requests, and compliance with accounting policies
• Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and cross‑department collaboration
• Build proficiency in large ERP systems and take on additional accounting duties as needed
Qualifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal control principles
