Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant
Location: Hybrid near Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday Senior Staff Accountant
Salary: $110,000-$115,000 base, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities(Senior Staff Accountant): Senior Staff Accountant

• Lead key components of the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare accurate financial statements and internal reports for leadership
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness with a focus on process improvement
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls while identifying areas for efficiency gains

Qualifications(Senior Staff Accountant):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• CPA a plus
