Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant
Location: Hybrid in Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday Senior Staff Accountant
Salary: $100,000-$117,000 base, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities(Senior Staff Accountant): Senior Staff Accountant
- Lead key components of the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and internal reports for leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness with a focus on process improvement
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls while identifying areas for efficiency gains
Qualifications(Senior Staff Accountant):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
