Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- The Senior Accountant will review and reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
- Assist with fixed asset accounting, credit card activity review, and daily financial reporting
- The Senior Accountant will partner with internal teams to support audits, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain and strengthen internal accounting controls and support ad hoc financial projects
Qualifications of the Senior Accountant Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 1–3+ years of accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
- CPA or CMA in progress is a plus
Responsibilities
