About the Role
Senior Accountant – Providence, RI (Hybrid Work Schedule)
$90K – $110K base salary plus bonus
- 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

- Exposure to complex, cross‑functional financial reporting
- The Senior Accountant will have visibility to executive leadership in a rapidly scaling division
- Own the month‑end financial close process
- Translate data into actionable internal financial reporting
- Partner closely with leadership and peer group to automate and optimize accounting workflows
- Mentor and review the work of junior team members
- 3+ years of accounting experience in the insurance industry
- Proven ownership of the monthly close process
- Financial reporting expertise
- BS in Accounting or a related field required
