Salary Range: $114,400 – $151,500 DOE

• Lead all inventory accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams in a highly collaborative environment
• Manage and mentor a team while building strong internal relationships

• Oversee inventory accounting processes including monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting
• Maintain inventory records, perform variance analysis, and track KPIs/metrics
• Manage reserves, obsolescence, tooling, and prepaid inventory reconciliations
• Oversee duty accruals, freight, and in-transit inventory accounting
• Analyze general ledger activity to identify trends and discrepancies
• Support audits and ensure SOX compliance
• Drive process improvements and maintain clear documentation of procedures
• Supervise and mentor the Inventory Supervisor and team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of inventory accounting experience, ideally within retail or consumer products
• Strong general accounting foundation including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar systems a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work through large data sets and identify variances
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
