We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant who enjoys owning the details while understanding how financials drive business performance. This role plays a key part in the close and reporting process, while partnering across teams to deliver accurate insights and support operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet and GL reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances
• Manage expense, inventory, and intercompany allocations
• Support AR functions, including billing, cash application, and collections
• Perform inventory accounting, including reconciliations, adjustments, and reporting
• Assist with cash forecasting and cash flow monitoring
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedules
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and auditors to support audits and compliance

What You Bring as the Senior Accountant:

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong hands-on experience with close, reconciliations, and allocations
• Exposure to inventory accounting, AR, and cash flow processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong communication skills
