Senior Accountant
Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 + Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
• Handle full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis across multiple entities
• Work with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting support
• Assist with developing and enhancing accounting processes and internal controls
• Participate in ad hoc projects related to growth initiatives and system implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including international partners

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting experience preferred
• Solid understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
• Industry experience in financial services, insurance, or similar preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in a changing environment
