About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.; Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directional support, and policy compliance while maintaining a professional presence in a medical environment.; Support emergency and after-hours protocols by reporting hazards, assisting with crowd management, and helping to coordinate response efforts during medical and/or facility-related events.
