About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing foot traffic, and support a professional presence for patient care areas and other sensitive locations.; Assist with handling medical facility related calls for service, support de-escalation when appropriate, and follow post orders for reporting, escalation, and/or emergency notification procedures.
