About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns; Monitor access points and visitor activity, following site protocols for entry, escorts, restricted areas, and/or deliveries within the location; Support staff, patients, and visitors with information, directions, and/or assistance while reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to the appropriate personnel
Responsibilities
