About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with screening and badging procedures when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns; Support hospital and clinic operations by helping with de-escalation efforts, providing directions and assistance, and coordinating with staff and first responders during medical and/or facility-related events
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience in security operations in healthcare settings
- Ability to respond to incidents calmly and document observations
- Familiarity with access control and visitor screening procedures
