About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help support lobby, dock, and campus operations in accordance with post orders and client expectations.; Support day-to-day operations by completing reports, maintaining awareness of changing site conditions, and following assigned procedures related to access control, incident response, and other security-related duties.
