Security Officer Patrol Agent

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting details according to post guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout shipping, receiving, warehouse, trailer, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, observe movement around the location, and support the screening of visitors, vehicles, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures.; Prepare clear reports on incidents, patrol activity, and/or observed conditions, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
