About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related issues.; Monitor access points and verify entry credentials as required, helping to support authorized access and reporting suspicious or unusual activity to site leadership.; Communicate clearly with site contacts, visitors, and/or emergency personnel during routine operations and incidents, providing timely updates and assistance aligned with post instructions.
