About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated access points, assisting with visitor direction, badge verification, and other access-related procedures in accordance with site expectations; Support daily operations by communicating with staff and the public, providing directions and assistance, and following post orders for situations involving patients, visitors, deliveries, and/or after-hours activity
Responsibilities
