About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts according to post instructions.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.; Support routine operations by maintaining an alert presence, following Allied Universal post orders, and completing required reports related to incidents, observations, and/or daily activity.
