About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control duties, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and help to control access to restricted areas; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting security-related activities as required; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, sales floor areas, and perimeter; Communicate with store leadership, employees, and visitors regarding security-related procedures, lost and found matters, and/or suspicious activity observations
