About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or deliveries entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and established security-related policies.; Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and/or contractor logs, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership in a calm, problem-solving manner.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to deter unauthorized access and support an orderly environment.; Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas and the perimeter when required by the location, noting security-related concerns and documenting observations according to site procedures.
