About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location; Monitor entry points and perform screening of people, packages, bags, and/or materials in accordance with post instructions and client guidelines; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant security-related activity; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, lobby areas, screening checkpoints, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location; Communicate with visitors, employees, and site contacts regarding access procedures, prohibited items, and/or security-related concerns while helping to deter unauthorized entry
