About the Role

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for community access, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with property guidelines; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property contacts, residents, and/or public responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require security-related attention; Support community rules and property protocols by addressing questions, providing directions, and reporting maintenance, parking, and/or policy-related concerns through appropriate channels
