About the Role

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, permissions, and visitor information, and help to control authorized access for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related activities according to site guidelines; Communicate with residents, property staff, visitors, and/or emergency personnel regarding access requests, policy questions, and unusual activity; Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, common areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location

Qualifications

  • HS or equivalent preferred?
  • Security experience
