About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a financial services location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the interior, exterior, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and/or other assigned areas, verify credentials and/or visitor logs, and document observations, incidents, and daily activity in required reports.; Support emergency response activities, follow post orders and client-directed protocols, and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
