About the Role
RXO - - Responsibilities: Perform load management activities, including entering loads accurately and recording shipment status updates.; Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with customers and warehouse partners.; Track shipments from pickup through delivery and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.; Address issues that arise during shipment execution and maintain transparent, proactive communication with customers.; Provide spot rates, calculate shipment costs, and assist with quoting opportunities for spot, project, and annual business.
