About the Role
RXO - - Responsibilities: Track shipments from inception to delivery and communicate status to customers; Enter loads and prepare entries in the Transportation Management System (TMS); Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses and customers; Monitor and report on shipment status and issues, and coordinate with Sales Manager and Carrier Operations Group; Prioritize workload and manage key accounts to ensure timely updates and billing accuracy
