About the Role
LHH Talent - - Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end freight movements including FTL, LTL, flatbed, and specialized equipment; Source and secure capacity by working directly with carriers, brokers, and transportation providers; Negotiate rates and service terms to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions; Manage the full load lifecycle including load posting/coverage, rate confirmations, tracking and check calls, and delivery verification; Track shipments in real time and proactively resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, or reassignments
