Junior Accountant

Full-Time | 100% Onsite in Boulder, CO

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Own full-cycle AP and AR processing across multiple entities
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and shared expenses
• Support payroll processing for ~40 employees (Paychex)
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist with month-end close
• Monitor cash activity, vendor relationships, and payment accuracy

• 1+ year of accounting experience or internship (AP/AR exposure is great)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel
• Comfortable working onsite and being part of a collaborative team
