Junior Accountant

Littleton, CO (On-site)Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSalary Range: $70,000 – $80,000

You’ll work closely with experienced accountants, sharpen your technical skills, and play a meaningful part in keeping financial operations running smoothly.

• Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and consistency

• Perform account reconciliations, including key balance sheet accounts

• Assist with month-end close tasks and reporting

• Support accounting operations across multiple systems during a transition period

• Work primarily in QuickBooks while gaining exposure to a new ERP

• Help maintain clean, reliable financial data

• Assist with audit preparation and gather supporting documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)

• 1–3+ years of accounting experience (internships count!)

• Solid understanding of:

  • General ledger accounting

  • Journal entries and reconciliations

• Experience with QuickBooks (required)

• Familiarity with ERP systems—Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
