Staff Accountant

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and perform general ledger reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor statement reviews
• Track fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedules
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and U.S. GAAP

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Familiarity with large ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Salary: $65,000–$85,000
