A growing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant who is detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and eager to take ownership of key accounting functions. This Senior Accountant role supports financial reporting, month‑end close, fixed asset management, and ongoing process improvements.

• Prepare and record journal entries for daily, weekly, and monthly transactions
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close, including financial statement analysis
• Ensure intercompany transactions and balances are properly reconciled
• Prepare internal management reports and assist with forecasting and analytical projects
• Support annual audits through schedules, documentation, and variance explanations
• Assist with bank reporting, covenant calculations, and consolidated reporting efforts
• Contribute to system implementations and accounting related to acquisitions
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules (additions, disposals, depreciation)
• Ensure rental equipment and related assets are accurately recorded and depreciated per policy

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in multi‑entity corporate accounting or public accounting
• Experience with acquisition accounting, integrations, or system implementations preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Texada, Sage Intacct, etc.)
