A growing healthcare-related organization is adding a Staff Accountant to support month-end close, reconciliations, and ongoing system improvements. This role offers stability, autonomy, and exposure to a multi-entity environment.What You’ll Do
- Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close and journal entries
- Work in NetSuite and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Cross-train as backup in AP and inventory/purchasing
- Support accounting across multiple entities and acquisitions
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience preferred (NetSuite a plus)
- Self-sufficient, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Degree not required; solid hands-on experience valued
- Stable organization with long-tenured leadership
- Exposure to growth, acquisitions, and process improvement
- Hands-off management style with ownership of your work
