About the Role
ITSM Configuration Management II (ServiceNow) A mission-driven organization is seeking an ITSM Configuration Management professional to support and enhance IT Service Management processes within a ServiceNow environment. This role is focused on configuration management governance, process improvement, and maintaining a reliable system of record for IT services and relationships. Responsibilities: Own and manage ITIL Configuration Management processes, including CMS, CMDB, and CSDM Govern and maintain ServiceNow CMDB to ensure data accuracy and integrity Analyze, design, and improve ITSM processes and workflows Support build, testing, training, and documentation of ITSM standards and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service lifecycle processes Develop and track metrics, quality standards, and performance improvements Lead or support ITSM-related projects and strategic initiatives Ensure CMDB serves as a reliable source of truth for IT services and relationships Support decision-making through accurate configuration data and reporting Qualifications: Strong experience with ServiceNow, specifically CMDB, CMS, and CSDM Solid understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes Experience in configuration management governance and process improvement Background in ITSM process analysis, design, and implementation Experience with documentation, metrics, and quality assurance practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities This is not a developer role; configuration-focused experience required For consideration to this and/or other roles suitable for your background, please submit your most up-to-date resume to join our talent pool.
