Salary: $75,000 – $90,000

Key Responsibilities (Human Resources Manager):
- Lead employee relations efforts including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Partner with managers to provide coaching, guidance, and support on performance and team dynamics
- Support training initiatives and oversee LMS utilization
Qualifications (Human Resources Manager):
- 5–8 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations
- PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
