We’ve already done the heavy lifting—we don’t need you to find the talent; we need a closer to help us MPC (Most Placeable Candidate) these individuals out to your network and new clients.

The Partnership: This is a high-upside, flexible partnership. You provide the client connection; we handle the rest. Whether you’re leveraging an existing Rolodex or hunting for new logos, you have a full support team behind you:

• The Support Team: A Senior Recruiter and a dedicated Sourcer to ensure every job order you bring in gets top-tier coverage.
• Executive Leadership: Direct partnership with the Owner (Kate) to help strategize and close.
• The Tech Stack: We provide your seat in Loxo CRM and SignalHire.

The Compensation & Annual ROI: We provide a $500/month retainer plus a 20% commission on the total fee for every job order you secure and we fill.

Based on a standard $100k placement at a 20% fee ($20,000 total fee):

• The "Steady Partner" (1 placement/quarter): $18,000/year (Minimal, high-leverage effort).
• The "Consistent Closer" (1 placement/month): $54,000/year.
• The "High-Roller" (2 placements/month): $102,000/year.

The Ideal Partner:

• A Staffing Sales / BDM Expert who knows how to open doors and sign MSAs.
• Someone who understands how to use a generalist firm's agility to close any deal, while leveraging our current massive strength in Engineering.
