What You’ll Do
In this client-facing role, you will represent CFS to organizations across (CITY) by:
- Developing and expanding new business accounts
- Building long-term relationships with leaders across multiple industries
- Managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and account management
- Connecting with clients through phone, email, video, and in‑person meetings
- Delivering hiring solutions that create true win‑win outcomes for clients and candidates

Who You Are
You bring a blend of professionalism, personality, and drive, including:
- 2+ years of proven success in sales (staffing or service-based sales is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting across all levels of an organization
- A self-starter mindset with a competitive edge
- Relationship-building instincts and a genuine curiosity about people
- A team-oriented attitude—and a great sense of humor
