• Manage high-volume billing across multiple active construction projects
• Prepare and process invoices tied to contracts, job progress, and service milestones
• Ensure accuracy of billing data, including pricing, quantities, and contract terms
• Partner with operations and project teams to gather billing details and resolve discrepancies
• Track billing status and ensure timely invoicing and collections support
• Review contracts and job documentation to ensure proper billing compliance
• Maintain organized records of invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation
• Assist with revenue tracking and reporting related to ongoing projects
• Identify process improvements to streamline billing workflows in a high-growth environment

• 2–5+ years of billing experience in the construction industry (required)
• Strong understanding of project-based or contract billing
• Experience working in high-volume invoicing environments
• Proficiency with accounting or ERP systems (construction-related systems a plus)
• Intermediate Excel skills

• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in fast-paced environments
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communicator who can collaborate with field teams and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable working with contract terms, job costing, and billing schedules
• Proactive and solutions-oriented when resolving discrepancies
