Ipc Invoicing & Price Corrections
Billing and Invoicing: Generate and validate invoices, credit notes, and billing documents. Ensure compliance with billing policies and tax regulations. Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
Customer Relationship Management:
Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing and invoicing.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with billing policies and tax regulations. Generate and review reports related to billing and invoicing activities.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges related to billing and invoicing.
