• Manage the full project billing cycle, including setup, invoicing, adjustments, and client communication.
• Review contracts, change orders, and related documentation to ensure accurate billing and compliance.
• Prepare invoices across various templates and update billing terms as needed.
• Partner with project managers and clients to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain proposal logs, project initiation forms, and all related billing records.
• Participate in billing meetings and ensure timely completion of all billing deliverables.

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or 5+ years of billing/accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, Shared Services billing, and billing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and general accounting software.
