Job responsibilities of the AR / Collections Specialist
- Work through an online portal to collect and make cash applications
- You should be able to have an in-depth conversation, ask questions, find root causes, and offer solutions
- Work with sales and clients to research and collect on outstanding accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with the current clients
- High volume email correspondence
Preferred qualifications for the AR / Collections Specialist
- Previous high volume Business to Business collections experience is a MUST
- Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
