Five Below - - Responsibilities: Assists with direction of Front End Lead(s) and sales associates under the Manager on Duty; Wows the customer and drives customer service through personal contact with customers; Leads Front End Operations and trains staff on high-quality customer service; Maintains store cleanliness, safety, and readiness for customers; opens and closes store procedures; Drives store sales and controls expenses while supervising associates and adhering to SOPs
