About the Role
Five Below - 333 Five Cities Drive - Responsibilities: Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures guests have a fast, friendly checkout experience; Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and excellent customer service; Manages opening/closing of the store, including cash security, door locking, and alarm setting; Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures; Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
