About the Role
GPM Investments - - Responsibilities: Take full ownership of store's operations, team, and performance; Lead and inspire a team of 815 employees across all shifts; Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays; Perform duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps; Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items
