About the Role
Lidl - 1800 E Fire Tower Rd - Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the team to work to their full potential every day; Provide excellent customer service throughout the store and be the lead point of contact for all customer needs; Monitor and drive continuous improvement of store KPIs (Key Performance Indicators); Lead essential team projects, such as weekly promotional store sets and routine re-merchandising; Provide hands-on support for all other operational tasks, including cash management, working stock, cleaning, and other essential store functions
