GPM Investments - - Responsibilities: Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance; Lead and inspire a team of 815 employees across all shifts; Be the go-to person when coverage is neededyoull typically work days but must be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays; Perform all duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps; Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork
